The curtain closed on our Academy of Creative Theatre production of Pinocchio last weekend- congratulations to this wonderful cast and crew who created one of the most artistically and financially successful production in ACT’s history. Pinocchio played to full houses the entire last weekend; what a great way to introduce young people to live theatre! Thank you to Shelagh Garren, Taylor Peters, Kerry DiMaggio, and Lester Wilson on a truly magical production. Less than 2 hours after Pinocchio’s final curtain call, our technical director Dave Linfield was loading in the elegant set for our upcoming fundraising production of Some Enchanted Evening: the Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein. This beautiful journey through over 30 of the most recognizable songs from “America’s Songbook” opens on Friday, February 14 and runs through Sunday, March 16.
