Good morning friends of the Little Theatre,
What a fantastic opening of Ubu’s Other Shoe’s 11th anniversary season! Take Me Out, directed by Daniel Freeman, played to packed house this weekend. Friday night’s audience participated in a wonderful talkback with the cast and director. Thank you to everyone who has supported staged reading at the Little Theatre over the last decade; we have 8 more incredible plays remaining in the 2014-2015 Ubu’s Other Shoe season. The Little Theatre’s 2nd season show, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, opens in less than 2 weeks! This hilarious comedy, hatched from the brilliant comedic mind of Steve Martin, plays
fast and loose with fact, fame and fortune as Picasso and Einstein muse on the
century’s achievements and prospects as well as other fanciful topics with
infectious dizziness. Director Suzy Newman leads a remarkable cast- you do not want to miss this one! Make sure your seats are guaranteed by clicking HERE.

Ubu’s Other Shoe is following up the hugely popular Take Me Out with Peter Morgan’s award-winning play, Frost/Nixon, directed by David Norum. British talk-show host David Frost has become a
lowbrow laughing-stock. Richard M. Nixon has just resigned the United States
presidency in total disgrace over Vietnam and the Watergate scandal. Determined
to resurrect his career, Frost risks everything on a series of in-depth
interviews in order to extract an apology from Nixon. The cagey Nixon, however,
is equally bent on redeeming himself in his nation’s eyes. In the television
age, image is king, and both men are desperate to outtalk and upstage each other
as the cameras roll. The result is the interview that sealed a president’s
legacy. Frost/Nixon plays for two performances only and will sell out. Get your tickets today by clicking HERE.
